Due to the clearance nature of this sale, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

However, your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected:

• If the goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under Irish consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2022).
• Please contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase (order number or receipt) if you experience any issues.
• We will inspect the item and respond within 14 days.

Conditions for returns (faulty items only):

• Item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty upon inspection.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under EU and Irish law regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
